III. Main Features and Performance

I) Functions of Vabrication wire-feeding

  1. Stir the molten pool and make the crystal grains more fine, and the mechanical properties of the weld better;
  2. Stirring to remove volatile gases and bubbles in the molten pool, improving the quality of welding;
  3. The function of vibration improves the all-position welding ability;
  4. The function of vibration makes the droplets easily escape from the welding wire into the molten pool.

II). Functions of automatic wire feeding function

  1. Constant filling function with optimal direction and angle
  2. The length of the welding wire entering the molten pool is always the same, and the welding quality is consistent.
  3. Constant and sustainable wire feeding improves wire feeding efficiency and reduces the number of arcing stops.

III) Hot wire function:
