 Our Tri-wire tri-arc SAW machine is developed based on the all-digital submerged arc welding machine.

One system include one MZ7-1600 DC submerged-arc power source and two sets of MZE-1250 AC/DC square-wave submerged-arc power sources,and one three-wire welding tractor as well as one control panel.

Our all-digital AC/DC square-wave SAW machine is developed on the DC SAW machine adopting the inverter technology twice, with wonderful welding result. The details is: the 3-phase 380V/50Hz power will change into HF AC after the filtration of the power frequency rectifier and role of inverter.
