Technical features
- In AC SAW welding, the heat input is lower than that of DC SAW welding, suitable for welding metals such as high-strength steel, ultra-high strength steel, and nickel steel

Digital Inverter Tri-wire Tri-arc SAW Welding Machine
Our Tri-wire tri-arc SAW machine is developed based on the all-digital submerged arc welding machine.
One system include one MZ7-1600 DC submerged-arc power source and two sets of MZE-1250 AC/DC square-wave submerged-arc power sources,and one three-wire welding tractor as well as one control panel.

①Thick wire ahead thin-wire-following big penetration welding
- The front wire starts arc while touching the workpiece and the rear wire doesn’t need to touch workpiecs
for arc starting
- Diameter of front wire is 3.2mm, the diameter of rear wire is 4mm, and the welding currents will be matched
Automatically according to the proportion of 2:1
- The distance between two wires is 3-6mm, the front wire can increase the molten depth, and the rear can increase the molten width
- There is no need to bevel and leave a gap when welding on both sides of the T type weld with a plate thickness of 30mm
②The same thick wire welding
- The front wire starts arc while touching the workpiece and the rear wire doesn’t need to touch workpieces for arc starting

Digital AC/DC Square-wave SAW Welding Machine
Our all-digital AC/DC square-wave SAW machine is developed on the DC SAW machine adopting the inverter technology twice, with wonderful welding result. The details is: the 3-phase 380V/50Hz power will change into HF AC after the filtration of the power frequency rectifier and role of inverter. And over high-frequency transformation and rectification, feedback control of output signal, the smooth and continuously adjustable DC will be got. After the second inversion, the DC will be changed into low-frequency AC for automatic welding of work pieces.
