Sichuan Morrow Welding Development Co., Ltd. Shipped the Second-batch of MIG/MAG Welding Machines to Customers

On July 31, Sichuan Morrow Welding Development Co., Ltd. , the experienced welding machine supplier in China, dispatched 100set of NBC-500X all-digital MIG/MAG Welding Machines to the customer from the shipyard industry.

This is the first half of the second batch after we shipped the first batch of 200sets on May 6, 2024.

Sichuan Morrow Welding Development Co., Ltd. is a company with over 30 years of experiences in developing and producing arc welding machine and plasma cutting machine. All its machines are produced with IGBT modules, copper transformer, copper reactor with full duty cycle. All the machines can work for 24 hours continuously. Our machines have played its role for many important projects like Nest Birds of 2008 Olympics and key industries like petrol tube, boiler, steel structure, military, aerospace, etc.

Our NBC-500X is the all-digital MAG/MIG welding machines developed on NBC-500 inverter IGBT gas-shielded-arc welder and all-digital DSP technology. It has all functions and advantages of NBC-500 as digital display and presetting of welding current and welding voltage, double-closed-loop system to control arc and arc burns stably, easy to strike arc, less spatter.

In addition, it can have error self-detection system, and you can see what the problem is from checking the error code. The machines can be equipped with wire feeder with 60m cable for a long term with full duty cycle.

After the customer received the first batch of machines, they are very satisfied to the performance of our CO2 machines and said that our machines have offered great help to their work. According to the plan, we will ship the second half (100sets) of the second batch before August 15, 2024.8.2. And we will ship the third-batch 200sets in October of 2024.
