NBC-G Deep-penetration Twin-wire MIG Welding machine

Gmaw Welding Machine

NBC-G Deep-penetration Twin-wire MIG Welding machine

The G-type deep penetration pulse welding machine is a further electromagnetic compression arc welding machine based on high-speed pulse welding machine, which makes the arc density higher, the arc more concentrated, and the arc more straight to achieve greater penetration, which is conducive to welding medium thick plates. The welding speed is faster and the heat input is low. Especially when using double 1.6mm welding wire for high current welding, the matching power supply is larger. If using 1.6mm solid core welding wire, the welding current is 300A, and the matching voltage can be 27V, which is very suitable for metals with high heat input requirements.

Gas shielded welding with flux cored wire has been promoted and widely used in industries such as shipbuilding, steel structures, bridges, automobiles, and mining machinery for many years. The gas shielded welding of flux cored wire mainly uses pure CO2 gas or 20% CO2+80% Ar as the shielding gas, and the process is very mature. However, there are still some shortcomings in the application process, mainly including: firstly, the welding wire is prone to moisture; Secondly, when welding with 1.2mm flux cored wire at currents below 160A, there are small balls  at the end of the wire, which is not conducive to controlling the arc and molten pool. Therefore, welding with currents above 160A is mostly used; Thirdly, the depth of melting is shallow, the arc is weak, and the penetration power is not strong.

When we use deep penetration high-speed pulse or high-speed pulse welding in flux cored wire, even the current is 80A, arc spray transition can also be realized. And there are no small balls at the end of wire when arc burns. The molten pool and arc are easy to control, and the molten pool is clear; The melting depth is greater,  30% greater than that of the core wire in general DC gas shielded welding. High speed pulse arc has greater stirring force and stronger arc force. Therefore, it is easier for flux cored wire welding slag and gas to overflow during welding.

    Features

    1. Support deep-penetration welding, high-speed pulse welding, DC MAG welding
    2. While welding mild steel, its speed is 1-1.3 times of the general MIG/MAG welding, and its penetration force is also 45% higher than the general MIG/MAG welding
    3. Welding flux-cored wire, arc is is stronger, and the penetration force is 30% higher than the general MIG/MAG welding
    4. While using pulse welding or synergic welding, there will be few spatter
    5. Suitable for welding of medium/thick plate in such industries like steel structure, ship-making, bridge, windpower, and so on
