MZ-WH-A-SX tandem-wire tandem power auto SAW tractor can be used with SAW welding machine of 630A, 1000A, or 1250A, even 1600A.
Usage:
This tractor is suitable for AC or DC tandem power supply, tandem wire submerged arc welding. It can support welding of one weld, or two parallel welds, or fillet welding. It is used for welding various types of medium wire feeding heads, box beams of thick steel plates, H-beams, etc. It can such materials like carbon steel, low-alloy steel, heat-resistant steel, etc.
Characteristics:
- The tractor travels stably, has a wide welding range, and is easy to adjust.
- Head rotation/horizontal angle adjustment handle (Figure 2), adjust the horizontal and vertical angles of the wire feeding head, weld flat and corner welds with different requirements, and achieve a minimum of 20mm for the front and rear welding guns. Weld one weld seam and use one machine for multiple purposes.
- Equipped with a horizontal long-distance heavy-duty straight track, can be used in stead of the traditionalgantry welding , the welding trolley has extremely strong stability.
